If you wish to return your order, please contact us via email: Graphiquebusiness@outlook.com and we will begin the process for you. If your refund has been approved, this will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please note, we cannot issue refunds for products that are designed and printed in-house unless they are faulty. This is because they are personalised products which cannot be resold to other customers. This does not affect your statutory rights.



If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account by contacting your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, so bare this in mind. If you’ve done this already, and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email at Graphiquebusiness@outlook.com and we will do our best to sort this out.



Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 you have the legal right to cancel the contract within seven working days of the date you receive the Goods. To cancel, you must inform us in writing, by sending an email to Graphiquebusiness@outlook.com. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, we will then process your refund. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us so we suggest you obtain proof of postage in case your return gets lost as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

If you believe that your order is faulty or has been miss-printed, you must get in contact with us via email: Graphiquebusiness@outlook.com immediately and we will do our best to get a new item sent out to you as soon as possible or to issue you with a refund if you're not 100% happy.



    It is possible for you to cancel an order if you wish, however you must contact us within twenty-four hours of placing your order if you wish to do so as products that are designed by our in-house design team must be cancelled before they are printed. All orders that have been printed and dispatched cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or misprinted.
